CoinDiary Interview’s: NULS!
–First thing before we start, can you introduce yourself and tell us what the name of your project is?
Sure, I’m Essam Elmir the Head Community Manager on the western front, I have been researching blockchain for the past 6 years and it has been my life for the past 2 years as well.
– We know NULS as a Crypto-Community working on a modular based structure that allows private blockchains to be part of a public blockchain. But can you explain what NULS is for anyone who hasn’t heard about it?
So NULS, in a Nutshell, is the “WordPress of blockchain”. Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for enterprises and businesses to get their foot in the blockchain world with no fuss or without spending millions to do so. Blockchain saves a lot from business overheads which is why we see a lot of large corporations getting involved and exploring blockchain. Basically the idea is to have a system where users can choose what they would like for their blockchain, this could be a different consensus POW, POS, DPOS, POC (Proof Of Credit) or any other consensus not only this is customizable the way NULS is built is anything to do with a blockchain can be changed ledger, account system etc.
– Can you give a quick shot of what NULS team is focusing on?
Our core team is focusing on expanding both our relationships with potential projects we feel will do well, for this we have our Investments Department. This provides not only financial help for startups or development, marketing and any resources of our team can provide them to succeed.
The second is building our community. This can be done in many ways but my approach is to educate our community as much as possible so, in turn, they can educate others who are newcomers. Also breaking down the barriers on how to use our platform is a major stepping stone to get to the masses which is what we are focusing to build.
– How and where you see the project in the future, 1-5 years?
Haha great question, as you know blockchain runs at 1000KM per second, even 6 months is a huge timeline in this space, but I am confident NULS will grow in that time into something of epic proportion, our whole team has the same vision. My vision for the community side is to have learning centres for others to come and learn about blockchain and NULS, a man can dream ?
– There are so many projects going on this 2018 and also will be on 2019. Wich project you see as your biggest competitor?
Right now I don’t like calling anyone a competitor. We are still in our very early stages within the blockchain space and are all trying to solve a common goal, we should be working together to solve that goal as fast as possible.
– How do you compare your coin with it? Why is special? What is the best feature of the project?
Not this time ?
– What are the biggest difficulties that NULS already faced and which ones are coming?
In my opinion, the difficulties that NULS has faced is infiltrating the western market, when I joined the telegram NULS had 50 members it was a few days before our whitepaper release, I was intrigued from the bits and pieces I had and was desperately seeking for more information. I reached out to Reaper (Our Chinese Community Manager) and offered my assistance. I showed him my previous working history with various other projects and that’s where my journey with NULS begun, we have broken so many barriers and in a year have grown a fruitfull west community. There is still a long way to go for us but the team is determined!
– Finally, if anyone wants to get involved in NULS community, what is the best way to do it?
I think the best way to do it is to Follow and Join all our socials! Our telegram is very active so be sure to join it.
